Hello World! I'm Matthew Ross, an inspiring Cloud and App Developer. With more than three years of experience in the IT industry, I am a skilled and versatile Computer Support Technician at the State of Oklahoma. I provide hands-on and remote support to various state agencies, resolving requests, incidents, and problems with terminals, personal computers, printers, cabling, and software products. My professional goal is to become an Cloud Devops Engineer or an Application Developer. To achieve this, I am working on industry-standard certifications and applying the knowledge and skills I gained from my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and my certificate in Management Information Systems. I enjoy learning new technologies and finding solutions to complex challenges. I am passionate about delivering reliable, efficient, and professional service to my clients and colleagues.
